Iceland

Iceland is a strange place, with a population of just 322,000 and a population density of 3 people per square kilometre (making it the most sparsely populated country in Europe) it could easily be said that Iceland is an incredibly lonely place. The series 'Iceland' is an exploration of the relationship that the Icelandic people have with the landscape of their country and the feelings of desolation and loneliness that are often evoked by the harsh environment.
